THE EXPERIENCE

Once settled, a short guided breathwork session draws you inward then you’ll move through a beginner-friendly yin yoga sequence—slow, restorative poses that invite every muscle to soften and every thought to quiet.

As you rest in each pose, the rich resonance of the live cello blends with the ethereal tones of crystal singing bowls, wrapping you in a cozy cocoon of sound. Every note vibrates through your body releasing layers of tension and stress.
