About this Event
Join us for a grounding and heartwarming candlelight yoga class at Etage’s cozy indoor studio. Flow through creative sequences that connect breath with movement, building strength, flexibility, and mindfulness as we settle into the rhythm of the new season. With the chill of February outside, this class offers a warm, inviting space to move, breathe, and unwind. All levels are welcome!

BYOM: Please remember to bring your own yoga mat to class for a comfortable and enjoyable practice. If you don’t have a mat, a towel will work as an alternative :)
