Join us for an evening of self-care and relaxation as we energetically prepare for the holiday season. This class will include breathwork and meditation as well as an immersive sound healing experience. Prepare to release all worries and fears unto the universe. Experience relaxation at a cellular level as we cleanse our system of subconscious blocks and limiting beliefs. Wear comfortable loose clothing. Bring a mat, cushion or blanket and your water bottle.
