Candlelight to Dancefloor – a unique charity concert in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity Date: Saturday 21st March 2026

Join us for a special night where live orchestral dance music brings together people, memories, and a powerful cause.
Talented young performers from Backwell School will perform orchestral versions of iconic 90s–00s dance tracks. The evening begins in soft candlelight at the beautiful St Andrew’s Church, and by the end, we hope you’ll be dancing in the pews – glow stick in hand.
All proceeds will go to The Brain Tumour Charity, a cause that means a great deal to me personally following my own diagnosis earlier this year. Holding this event exactly a year on feels like the right way to turn that day into something positive.
