This is your space to slow down.
Join us for a candlelight evening designed to help you step out of the noise and reconnect with yourself.
This is not a fast-paced yoga class.
It’s a guided experience of stillness, breath, and deep rest.
✨ What to expect:
- Gentle, slow yoga (accessible for all levels)
- Breathwork to calm the nervous system
- Guided Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation)
- A quiet, candlelit atmosphere
- 🍵 Herbal tea / chai served at the end to unwind and connect
✨ Who this is for:
- Anyone feeling stressed, anxious, or mentally tired
- Beginners welcome (no experience needed)
- Anyone craving a deeper, more meaningful practice
