Candlelight Sound Bath @ Rino Yoga Social
Join us every Thursday night for a blissful evening of relaxation and rejuvenation at RiNo Yoga Social in Denver. Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound bath while surrounded by the gentle flicker of candlelight.
This session will be led by Taylor Lehn, a certified life coach and sound healer from Black Raven Coaching who will use a set of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls to create a peaceful and meditative atmosphere. You'll be able to unwind and let go of any stress or tension as the soothing sounds wash over you.
