A sound bath is a full-body relaxation and meditative experience where you lie down and listen to resonant sounds, the sounds will take you on a journey within.
We will start with a loving kindness meditation which will lead you to a total relaxation, and enhance your self love and love to all living being.
This will happen in the magical new chapel in Witchcliffe, softly lit in candlelight ✨✨
