A Candlelight Sound Bath creates a cozy atmosphere, allowing you to fully relax and be present in the moment. With the magic of Alchemy Crystal Bowls, I invite you to let go and experience deep relaxation for your body, mind, and soul. Further the vibration of singing bowls can be felt on the body, while playing above or on body parts.
What to Expect:
- Opening with meditation and journal prompts (Bring your own Journal if you want)
- A soothing Sound Bath in the gentle glow of candlelight (MAIN PART).
New to Sound Baths?
No worries! A Sound Bath feels like being bathed in sound – it helps you find deep rest and can support you in improving your sleep, creativity, and self-healing capabilities.
I invite you to wear comfortable and warm clothing, lie down, and simply let go.
No prior experience is needed.

- Please arrive 5-10 minutes before the start to settle in.
- Doors will close promptly at the beginning of the session.
