This immersive experience is designed to quiet the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support deep rest and renewal.
Under the soft glow of candlelight, you’ll be guided into a tranquil, meditative state as the harmonic frequencies of crystal singing bowls resonate through the space and throughout your body.
These gentle sound vibrations encourage the body to shift out of stress and into a deeply restorative state—allowing tension to soften, energy to rebalance, and the mind to settle.
Sound healing works through vibration, supporting the parasympathetic nervous system and the body’s natural ability to relax and restore. Many participants experience a sense of calm, emotional release, mental clarity, and a feeling of being grounded and refreshed after the session.
No prior experience is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.

• Yoga mat
• Blanket(s) and pillow for comfort
• Dress comfortably
