Designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation, this experience invites your energy to unwind and your spirit to settle into serenity. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and restored — not just relaxed, but renewed from the inside out.
Dress comfortably and bring water. I will have blankets and props available for you to use but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort.
