This restorative sound bath is a sanctuary for your nervous system — a space to slow down, release tension, and come home to yourself.
As soothing tones and gentle frequencies wash over you, your body naturally shifts from doing to being. The mind softens, the breath deepens, and your whole system begins to recalibrate into balance.
Designed to support deep relaxation and nervous system regulation, this experience invites your energy to unwind and your spirit to settle into serenity. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and restored — not just relaxed, but renewed from the inside out.
Dress comfortably and bring water. I will have blankets and props available for you to use but feel free to bring your own for maximum comfort.
