Join Sarah for a peaceful Restorative Yoga class and take a moment to refill your cup before the New Year arrives.This class will guide you through various breathing techniques, meditations, and restorative yoga poses that provide full body support through the use of props and blankets. The practice is designed to reset your nervous system and promote deep relaxation for both the body and mind. To enhance your experience, the warmth of our infrared heating system will be utilized. The room temperature will be set between 75-80 degrees.
We want to make sure that everyone has a comfortable experience, so space is limited, and we will be maintaining a waiting list. If you sign up but are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
