Join us in the Barrel Room where yoga instructor Selina Pritchard collaborates with Hannah of 'Flowting Feathers' to combine the beauty of yoga, the benefit of breath, and the power of sound. Selina will start the class with deep breathing and gentle movement, then Hannah will guide you on a journey inward with sound healing frequencies that promote balance and connection to the body. Selina will conclude with a calming meditation to leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. Each ticket includes access to the private class & a 4oz candle by Cedar & Scotch.
