WHAT TO BRING: - Participants must bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and journal (optional). No supplies are provided at this location.
WHAT TO KNOW:
- Do not arrive before 7:35p (unless you are going to purchase something at the Path of Awakenings shop)
- Doors lock at 7:45p
- Tickets are nonrefundable. If requested at least 48 hours in advance, tickets may be transferred to a future event
DETAILS:
These healing circles offer a place to find rest: physical, mental, and emotional rest.
They were designed out of my own experiences during the healing journey - the pain and alone-ness that comes with change and transformation. But I don't want you to have to face that journey alone. Here, we don't shy away from the difficult truths of the human experience. Instead, we'll face it, acknowledge it, and move through it until it's a little more integrated than when you arrived.
During this candlelight event, we will be lying down for 40 minutes (make sure to bring a yoga mat, pillowand blanket). I’ll guide you through a visualization where you’ll meet the little part of you who is struggling with all these grown up requirements. And it will change the way you see yourself and the world — in the best way possible.
This is an inclusive event designed for everyone. It’s worth much more than I request, but I believe that peace and healing should be available to everyone who needs it.
