🕯️Candlelight Full Moon Sound Bath
Join us under the powerful energy of the February Snow Moon for a candlelit sound bath created to support deep introspection, release, and renewal.
Inviting you to look inward... a time to reflect on what you’re ready to release and what you wish to consciously renew. Through healing sound vibrations, you’ll be guided into a deeply restorative meditative state where the body softens, the nervous system settles, and clarity can emerge.
Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes and intentional frequencies will help:
• Calm and regulate the nervous system
• Reduce stress and anxiety
• Release stored emotional tension
• Support deep rest and better sleep
• Create space for insight, clarity, and renewal
This experience is especially supportive for anyone seeking a grounded, intentional start to the year — one rooted in self-awareness, balance, and inner alignment.
What’s provided:
Yoga mat, blanket, and eye mask for your comfort.
What you can bring (optional):
• pillows
• Water
• Cozy socks or extra layers
• Personal crystals or meaningful items to charge during the full moon.
No experience is necessary. Simply arrive, lay back, and allow yourself to receive.
