Candlelight + Conversations is a monthly series designed to create space for meaningful dialogue, gentle reflection, and connection in community.
This month, we’re exploring what it truly means to know your worth — how it’s shaped, where it’s challenged, and how to reclaim it in ways both small and profound. Together, we’ll talk about the messages that have shaped our sense of value, share stories of resilience, and reflect on how we can honor ourselves without apology or permission.
✨ Reflective Activity: Each guest will write a Future Me letter — a short, heartfelt note to their future self affirming their worth and intentions. Letters can be sealed and mailed back to you later or kept as a daily reminder of your inherent value.
