Come join 1WithMother for exclusive hand pan sessions! These hand pan sessions bring complete grounding abilities as you bring yourself back to what’s most important; YOU! Bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye mask, anything you need to feel comfortable! Childcare will be provided in the children’s space downstairs for a small donation. I feel it’s incredible important to allow children their own space, while not excluding them from activities, especially if they are too young to allow you to enjoy relaxing melodies; as my own child is within that energy as well.
Due to needing to pay rent for the space as well as childcare, $20 per adult is required.
