How does it work? The frequencies emitted from the bowls balance our brainwave states with binaural sound waves that guide us naturally into a Theta experience ( a brainwave state known for deep restorative whole body healing).

- Request a hammock and float in gentle comfort ( there are a limited number of hammocks so you have to reserve yours)
- Or settle onto the floor with our cozy yoga mats, pillows, bolsters, and blankets. Bring your own mat and any favorite comfort items, or use our supplies—everything you need for a blissful journey is here.
