Think cosy crafting, the smell of beautiful candles in the air, clinking glasses, soft music and that deeply satisfying feeling of making something with your own hands. 🕯️🫶
You’ll start by smelling your way through the Blend & Burn candles collection (including some BRAND NEW SPRING editions), choosing the scent that feels like you (or the lucky person you’re gifting it to). Then you’ll dream up your own scent name, and design a label and brings a memory/person/moment to life with beautiful hand-lettered calligraphy. All guided step-by-step by Sophie from Bounce Back Club. ✍️
It’s mindful but fun. Guided but totally pressure-free. A workshop where you can chat and sip with lovely people… or drop into your own little creative flow-state moment for the most perfect self-care evening as a date with yourself (that you get to enjoy everytime you burn the candle beyond the workshop too!
Your ticket includes a delicious cocktail or mocktail from our hosts The Yard Coffee, to sip while you design... because creativity flows even better with a cute drink in hand. 🍸✨
What to expect:
This is a Cosy Candle Label Designing Workshop where scent meets self-expression. You’ll be creating a fully personalised Blend & Burn candle, choosing the scent, naming it whatever you like, and designing your own handwritten label from scratch... aka the most wholesome and fun creative evening with the bonus of a custom candle for a self-care treat/totally thoughtful and heartfelt gift that looks as special as it smells!
With expert design and handlettering guidance from Sophie The Letterer (the hands behind) The Bounce Back Club, you’ll learn simple, beautiful calligraphy techniques to create a label that feels joyful and personal, so your candle looks s good as it smells!
No experience needed... If you’ve ever said “I’m not arty” but enjoy having a play with pens this is perrrfffecccttt for you!✍️
Anna from Blend & Burn will be there to help you explore the scent collection, spark name ideas and guide you through bringing your vision together. 🕯️
The Yard Coffee provides the perfect cosy Friday night backdrop for a candlelit evening, spent getting crafty. As part of your ticket, enjoy a mocktail or cocktail to get the creative juices flowing. 🍸
By the end of the evening, you’ll leave with a 40-hour burn time, 100% soy wax candle (completely customised, named and designed by you) ready to burn at home or gift to someone special that the scent reminds you of . 💝
