You MUST submit a to the City and County (please contact us for email address) at least 3 weeks before your desired picnic date, and list Isle of Events as your "tent rental" vendor (we can send you a link to sign the application virtually, if needed). Once approved, please send your approved permit to Isle of Events to finalize your booking.
