Thank you to Sports Basement for being a 2024 Hope Walk Community Partner and hosting our Early Bird Check-In & Yoga Class!
Join us for a moment of centering and relaxation with Maxine Younger, CYT. Maxine is an instructor at Cancer Support Community and has been teaching yoga since 2005. In an attempt to heal from her own physical issues, Maxine found yoga and now draws from various Hatha styles, mindful movement, and integration of meditation and pranayama in her teachings.
Please bring your own mat and also a friend! The class is open to anyone interested -- you do not need to be a cancer survivor or caregiver to join.
