The delightful Hastings Court Care Home have invited us to hold a Cancer Conversation supprt group at their beautiful care home.
Come and join us, enjoy a cuppa and a chat where you will be heard, understood and given valuable resources, tips and coping startegies to help you.
This is a safe space for people to talk about their fear and worry around cancer. For people who get a diagnosis and for the people who love and care for them.
We will be providing a welcoming venue to ask questions and discuss feelings where you will be heard, understood and offered compassion and resources to help.
"Since my breast cancer diagnosis, and the experience that I have learnt so much from, I am passionate about helping ease the fear and anxiety that comes with every stage of a diagnosis from the testing, through the treatment and even the anxiety that comes up as we reach recovery. I am proud to be an HVA (Hastings Voluntary Action) MacMillan Cancer Support Champion
and a member of the HRCSN (Hastings and Rother Cancer Support Network) so have lots of local information that I can share that will give you help and advise.
We want to open up the conversation around cancer and help as many people as we can.
This is free and there will be refreshments provided
