Rooted in Hope: A Cancer Community GatheringCancer changes lives — not just physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Whether you are navigating diagnosis, in recovery, supporting a loved one, or carrying a story from years past, you deserve space to breathe and be heard.
This gathering is designed to be just that — a space of strength, not pity. Of hope, not helplessness.
We will begin the evening with guided breathwork set to calming music to help regulate the nervous system and ground the body. From there, we’ll open the room for optional 2–3 minute reflections for those who feel called to share how cancer has impacted their lives.
There is no pressure to speak.
Listening is participation. Presence is enough.
This is not a space for comparison, fixing, or advice.
It is a space for connection, courage, and collective resilience.
