Canadian Strength Games 2026 -Sunday June 7th Odessa Fair 10am - 3pm.This a Qualifier for the World Strength Games 2027. Top 3 in every division will qualify. Those that qualify for Utah must pay their own travel expenses to the World Strength Games.
T-shirts for Competitors and medals for top 3 in each division. Early bird registration fee $100.00 before June 30th $125.00 after midnight on June 30th to be e-transfer to [email protected]

EVENTS:
1. DUMBBELL PRESS
MAX REPS
TIME LIMIT 1 MINUTE
ATHLETES WILL CHOOSE BETWEEN 130lbs, 100lbs or 60lbs Dumbbell
Grip shirts allowed. Can be cleaned with 2 hands must be pressed with 1 hand. For reps from the shoulder to lockout. If dropped or the dumbbell leaves the shoulder for any reason the lift is over.
2. AXEL DEADLIFT
MAX REPS
TIME LIMIT 1 MINUTE
ATHLETES WILL CHOOSE BETWEEN
410lbs or 310lbs to deadlift with.
Figure 8 straps and deadlift suits are allowed. 1 bar 4x100, I bar 6x45. 2mats
3. TIRE FLIP
50 FT. COURSE
TIME LIMIT 1 MINUTE
ATHLETES WILL CHOOSE BETWEEN
600lbs or 300lbs to flip
Grip shirts are allowed

4. THE FARMERS WALK
50 FT. COURSE
TIME LIMIT 1 MINUTE
ATHLETES WILL CHOOSE BETWEEN
245lbs a hand or 135lbs a hand. 4 100lbs plates on one set of farmers handles. 4 45lbs plates on the other set of handles.
5. HUSSAFELL CARRY
50 FT. COURSE
TIME LIMIT 1 MINUTE
ATHLETES WILL CHOOSE BETWEEN
210lbs or 160lbs to walk with
Grip shirts are allowed. 1 100lbs plates goes inside one. 2 25lbs plates goes in side the other.
