CAEC is Canada’s new high school equivalency program. It helps adults gain access to better job opportunities or post secondary education.
About this Event

We are pleased to partner with United for Literacy to host their Canadian Adult Education Credential (CAEC) Preparation Program at CAMH.

The CAEC is Canada’s new high school equivalency program, aimed at supporting adults in their goal of gaining access to better job opportunities or admission to college or university.

The Program will provide background, assessments, and instruction on each of the five CAEC subjects -- Reading, Writing, Science, History/Geography, and Math -- so participants will have a clear understanding of the CAEC requirements, what skills they currently have that will support their success, and where they need to improve.

Classes are student-centered, guided by an enthusiastic instructor, supported by tutors, and free of charge.

The fall session will be hosted in-person in the Patient and Family Learning Space starting on September 23rd, Tuesday Mornings, 10AM to 12PM.

Session 3: September 23rd to November 4thLocation: Patient and Family Learning Space at 1025 Queen St. West.
