Can You Dig It? is a hands-on community garden series where we learn, grow, and get a little dirt under our nails. Each month brings a new seasonal skill, from planting and composting to harvesting and preserving, so you can build confidence and take a little bit of the garden home with you.Rot happens, just compost it! Curious about composting but not sure where to start? Join us at the community garden to learn how our 3-bin composting system works and how you can be part of the process—or even start one at home. We’ll also be planting pumpkin seeds with hopes of a fall harvest. Each participant will have the chance to plant their own and take it home to grow.
