Join the USGBC-CA Green Homes Committee and Sustainability Workgroup for an engaging lunch and panel discussion exploring the value of green homes in today’s real estate market.
This conversation will examine what truly defines a “green home” and whether energy efficiency, sustainability features, and high-performance upgrades translate into measurable market premiums in Los Angeles. Panelists will share insights on valuation, buyer demand, and how sustainability can be effectively communicated in residential and commercial transactions.
Designed for real estate professionals with an interest in sustainability, this session offers a practical look at the intersection of green building and market performance—helping brokers better understand, position, and sell high-performance properties.
Lunch will be provided and free parking is avaiable.
