Zouk Group proudly presents a three-day pop-up with No.8 Hospitality’s Michelin-starred restaurant Camphor, from Thursday, September 19 to Saturday, September 21, during the Grand Prix Week at Here Kitty Kitty, Clarke Quay
This special event offers Singaporean foodies a rare opportunity to experience the acclaimed cuisine that has established Camphor as a culinary powerhouse, since its 2022 debut in Los Angeles, California.
Owned and operated by No. 8 Hospitality founders Sarah Lam and Cyrus Batchan, Camphor blends a passion for hospitality with a commitment to excellence. Helmed by Executive Chef Max Boonthanakit, a seasoned talent with over 10 years of experience at world-renowned restaurants like Blue by Alain Ducasse in Bangkok, Camphor reimagines the classic bistro experience.
Boonthanakit’s unassuming yet nuanced menu draws on his global upbringing and classical French training, offering diners a refreshing and refined culinary journey that continues to earn critical acclaim.
Following a series of successful pop-ups at high-profile venues such as Coachella, ARCA in Tulum, Manta in Cabo San Lucas, and RedTail at Resorts World Las Vegas, Camphor continues to draw significant attention and acclaim for its innovative culinary collaborations.
At Here Kitty Kitty, Camphor will offer an unique dining experience seated at our secret communal chefs counter: a curated Grand Prix Dinner from September 19-21, featuring dishes like Scallop Demi Lune, Chicken en Farcie with Cabbage and Turnip, and a refreshing Strawberry Citrus Milk dessert, 6 Courses for $160++ per head
Due to high demand, prepayment for the food menu is required upfront at the time of booking. Beverage consumption will be billed at the end of the meal.
