The dutch oven is a great tool to have in the kitchen, as well as the campsite. From high-temp searing and all-day simmering, to cobblers and cakes. This time, we will make batches of hearty chili in pairs over an open fire. Bring a kitchen knife from home you are most comfortable using, and meet at the Vaughn Cabin behind the Visitors Center. Preregistration is required in order to reserve your spot.
