Registration packets will be available at the beginning of March here on FB and on our website to have filled out and ready for quick in/out on day of! We have decided to do things alittle different this summer!
You will need to register and pay for all weeks your child plans to attend. We unfortunately have been “stuck” with too many no shows, and failed payments in the past. We plan ahead months prior to the start of camp, so when kids sign up and dont show up we are left paying for supplies and employees that are not needed.
This is no different then any other camp you sign your child up for. You will pay in advance a non refunded tuition( unless proof of medical emergency). We have researched many local camps and youth activities, and this is how many run their programs. We have tried to be extremely flexible but unfortunately that has lead us to being unproductive, which then doesnt allow for our mission to be completely successful. Most likely registration will only be 1 day. In the past, you have added weeks along the way, we can not guarantee that we will have that same opportunities this summer. I understand that March is early and summer plans are not all made, but we also know that other programs are registering around the same time. We need this time to plan a successful summer program filled with many activities and events. Stay and swim will be available for a full 9-3 day program.
