This camp is designed for anyone passionate about theZiranmen system and eager to master the practical
application of internal martial arts. Our focus is on the
usability and effectiveness of techniques – demonstrating
how traditional concepts can be effectively employed in
combat situations.
We start with the basics and simple movements, which
form the foundation for advanced, practice-oriented
techniques. Throughout the camp, we delve into body
mechanics and offer a modern interpretation of Taiji,
showing how inner strength can be harnessed in everyday
life.
Our goal is to clarify any uncertainties and ensure that
every participant walks away with valuable, immediately
applicable experiences that extend beyond the training
session.
