About this Event
This is a retreat for women and men who want the challenge, who want to be pushed to their limits, and who are ready to build physical + mental strength and emotional resilience.
This is a camp for adults who are obsessed with biohacking and want to further optimize their brain + bodies so they can show up better for their family, relationships and themselves. And so they can bring more love into the work they do.
During this camp you will ride the waves of taking time for silence and earth grounding, of being physically challenged with primal movement, with detachment from food and technology (for 24 hours), of becoming in sync with nature and the sun, and rejoicing in the celebration of food and tribe connection.
Camp Miami will be taking place in the world-renowned South Beach of Miami. We’ll be staying in a group house just steps away from the beach. You’ll have plenty of time to explore, take ocean dips & sun bathe.
We’ll be starting camp at 4pm on the first day giving you plenty of time to arrive and settle in. We will end at about 2pm on the last day after a feast with a flexible checkout time based on your flight time.
Our group house is in the main part of the beach which is right by plenty of attractions for you to explore!
