Beginners 1st session- June 8th -12th 9am-Noon Beginners 2nd session-June 15th-19th 9am -Noon
In the Beginners Camp, campers learn basic baking techniques, like the difference between liquid and dry measuring, substitute ingredients, and so much more. This camp is perfect for all ages 6-16.
-Intermediate July 13th -17th 9am-Noon
Intermediate campers have already attended beginners camp before. They will fine tune their skills and include using knives and zesters. They will learn about pies, torts and layer cakes Campers will bake 3 baked goods this week. Great for ages 10-16 Beginners camp recommended.
Advance August 3rd-7th. 9am-Noon
Oh boy, this Advance Camp is awesome! This year, campers will each bake a signature items in bulk and we will collectively have a BAKE SALE on Friday August 7th. Sales from the bake sale will go to a charity the campers choose. Both beginners and intermediate recommended.
