About this Event

Cambridge Wellness Series: Navigating Stress in a Busy Life
How to recognise and reduce the impact of stress and build more resilience.

Following sell-out events in 2025, the Cambridge Wellness Series returns to focus on one of the most prevalent factors affecting health today: Stress.

Stress is a part of modern life, but when it builds up, it can start to affect your energy, your mood, and how you feel day to day.

In this session, Health & Wellness Coach Niki Stephenson-Agnes and Yoga Instructor Jennifer Corbett will guide you through what stress is really doing in your body and how to begin responding to it in a calmer, more supported way.

We will help you to understand why stress can feel overwhelming, how to recognise your own patterns, and what you can do to feel more grounded, more resilient, and more yourself again.

What to Expect

Cambridge Wellness Series is a series of events bringing people together to explore health and wellness in simple, accessible ways, hosted by Niki Stephenson-Agnes (Cambridge Health Coach) & Jennifer Corbett (rejenerate yoga).

Each event in the series features clear, practical insights on health and wellness from gut health and stress management, to sleep, movement, nutrition and more.

In Navigating Stress in a Busy Life, you'll learn:

• what stress actually is, and why it can feel overwhelming
• what's happening in your body when stress builds up
• how to recognise your own stress patterns and detect the early signs
• why modern life keeps us stuck in stress cycles
• practical tools to take back control of your stress response
• simple strategies to protect your energy and boost your body's ability to reset
• how this approach to navigating stress helps you to build long-term resilience

You'll come away with a clearer understanding of your stress and simple ways to start supporting yourself straight away.

Cambridge Wellness Series is designed to be accessible and engaging, with space to connect, ask questions and take away actionable insights and knowledge to optimise your health and wellness beyond the evening. You'll have the chance to meet local practitioners and join a welcoming community focused on conversation, connection and everyday health.

This event will be hosted by Hilton Cambridge City Centre, 20 Downing Street, Cambridge CB2 3DT. Please note: no catering is provided. Drinks may be purchased from the bar.
