About this Event
As part of Cambridge Festival 2026, The Animal Heartbeat podcast returns for another live event, exploring how human and veterinary medicine can learn from each other through the study of hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM).
The event is hosted as a live recording of the widely popular Animal Heartbeat podcast, which has reached over 50,000 downloads from 117 countries. Building on the success of two previous live events at the Cambridge Festival, this year’s discussion features the strongest panel yet and promises an engaging and thought-provoking evening.
Open to clinicians, researchers, students, and anyone interested in heart health and medical innovation, the event highlights how working across disciplines and species can drive progress in cardiovascular medicine.
Parking is available over the road at the Grand Arcade shopping centre car park - easily accessible for attendees.
