The Cambridge University colleges are renowned for many great alumni and important achievements… and also a series of marathon all-night parties, known as the May Balls, held annually to celebrate the end of the academic year. Dafydd Jones is a renowned and bestselling society photographer. Winning a 1981 photoghraphy prize with a collection photographing 'The Bright Young Things', he was then hired by Tina Brown to photograph balls, Debutante parties and weddings for Tatler magazine. He has been a contracted photographer for numerous publications, and is the author of England: The Last Hurrah, Hollywood Confidential, New York: High Life / Low Life, and other works.
