
About this Event
Join us for a calming and restorative movement based session designed to help you slow down before your day speeds you back up. In this unique gathering, therapist Ilana Faust (LPC, certified pilates instructor and former dancer) will help guide you explore the emotions, thoughts, and energy we bring with us each day, and how they shape our state of being. Through yoga-inspired movement, we’ll foster mindfulness and help you tune into your body’s signals, learning what it’s trying to communicate. You’ll be guided to consciously to choose where to direct your attention, creating a peaceful space to relax, unwind, and cultivate awareness.
This is a non-judgmental space where no experience or fitness level is required.
