About this Event
Welcome to Calm the Flow Down!
Step out of the noise and into deep rest.
Join us on Friday, 6th March 2026, at 17:45 for a calming session.
Calm the Flow Down is a guided pop-up Yoga Nidra session inside The Ministry, designed for busy minds, tired bodies, and anyone craving a reset after the workday. In just 45 minutes, you’ll be guided into a state of conscious rest that helps regulate the nervous system, release tension, and restore mental clarity.
This is not a workout. It’s structured rest.
You’ll lie down comfortably while listening to a guided meditation that allows the body to soften and the mind to settle. No experience is needed. No movement is required. You simply show up and rest.
Perfect for professionals, creatives, and anyone navigating high-stress environments, this session offers a rare pause in the middle of the week.
Spaces are intentionally limited to keep the atmosphere calm and grounded.
Come exactly as you are. No need to ‘fix’ yourself. This is the practice of rest and remembering who you were before the world told you to be anything else.
No poses. No pressure. Just you, your breath, and a comfy set up.
