Description:
Transform your February into a month of healing and renewal as you clear the clutter, reduce stress and promote deep relaxation w/ Frances of CLH. You will be guided by the vibrations and frequencies of crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, drums and other healing instruments.
This event is 18+ and is limited to 24 people.
Please bring our own yoga mat to sit and/or lay on.
Optional items: Anything that will help you feel more relaxed and comfortable such as a pillow, bolster, blanket, and/or yoga blocks. It is also recommended to bring water.
