Classrooms are busy places and our daily lives are full of distractions, to-do lists and a wide array of stressors. This training will discuss the practice of mindfulness and the practicality and benefits it holds for those working with young children. You'll leave with new strategies for being connected, engaged and present in the moment- benefiting not just you, but your family, co-workers and the children that you work with!
