Motherhood is beautiful, and exhausting! This 4-week workshop series invites busy moms to come together for a playdate with intention: creating space for connection, calm, and energy for moms, while their little ones play and explore.
Join Board-Certified Health Coach Lauren Lishansky for a weekly, supportive reset at KiPS Family Gymnastics. For the littles, we’ll have a “snacktivity” (play + food!); a hands-on way for kids to explore food while building fine motor skills. We’ll also have tea for moms, as well as extra toys and puzzles for play.

Do I need to be a KiPS member?
Nope! This series is open to all local moms.
What should I bring?
Just yourselves. Comfortable clothes recommended.
Is this a workout class?
No. We may do a couple stretching moves to get our bodies warmed up. But we will be discussing realistic ways we can incorporate movement into our busy schedules.
Food allergies?
This is a nut-free event. Please list any allergies during checkout so we can accommodate your child.
