Two spaces for change, not therapy, not fixing, just learning how to meet yourself a little differently.So many of us think it’s “imposter syndrome” or “social anxiety” on its own, but underneath it there’s often something simpler, low self worth, an overactive inner critic, a nervous system doing its best to keep us safe.
These workshops are about skills, understanding, and practice you can actually take into your real life.
✨ Social Anxiety & Connection
For when being around people feels tense, overwhelming or disconnecting.
We’ll explore grounding tools, breathwork, gentle yoga and simple, practical ways to feel more at ease in social spaces and more connected to yourself and others.
✨ Self Esteem & the Inner Critic
For the voice that tells you you’re not enough, or that you’ll be found out.
We’ll work with thought patterns, self talk, nervous system regulation and self trust practices to soften that inner voice and build steadiness within yourself.
This is educational, skills based work, not group therapy.
Not suitable for those currently in therapy or with diagnosed mental health conditions.
If you’ve been wanting something that feels practical, grounded and genuinely supportive, this may be for you.
