On July 9th, join Scarlett Folster and SafeNet for an honest, hopeful, and engaging conversation about anxiety, overwhelming emotions, and tools that really work.
This free community event is open to anyone who is struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, fear, stress, or difficult life situations. Or anyone who wants to better support the people they care about.
Light refreshments and savory bites will be available.
