Do you ever feel like your brain just doesn’t switch off?
Like you’re constantly holding everything together, overthinking everything, carrying everyone else emotionally, feeling overstimulated, overwhelmed, and still expecting yourself to function normally?
Like you’ve somehow lost yourself underneath all the noise?
Yeah. Same.
Calm in the Chaos is a supportive, down-to-earth workshop for women who are exhausted from constantly being “on” and just want to feel a bit more like themselves again.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or pretending life isn’t hard. And it’s definitely not about sitting in a circle forcing positivity when you actually feel like crying in Aldi car park 😅
It’s about understanding what’s happening in your mind and body when stress and overwhelm take over, so you stop blaming yourself for struggling and start understanding yourself with a bit more compassion.
During the workshop, we’ll explore:
- A simple, practical understanding of the nervous system and how our brain responds to stress and overwhelm
- Why we react the way we do when life feels emotionally heavy, pressured, or too much
- Understanding your own nervous system patterns and responses in a way that feels supportive, not clinical or overwhelming
- Interactive journalling exercises to help you map out your own “traffic lights of tolerance” and recognise what happens when you move in and out of regulation
- Grounding and ventral vagal anchoring techniques to help you create more feelings of safety, calm, and connection within yourself
- A guided grounding meditation to support regulation and emotional reset
- Practical tools you can take away and use in everyday life when things feel chaotic
This workshop is about understanding yourself differently. Not through judgement or shame, but through awareness, compassion, and practical support.
Because when we understand what’s happening in our minds and bodies, it becomes so much easier to support ourselves through the chaos instead of constantly fighting against it.
This is your permission slip to slow down for a few hours. To breathe. To reflect. To reconnect with yourself underneath all the noise.
