About this Event
This practice is to teach you how to remain calm, even during stressful times.
Through intentional movement, breathwork, and sound, we’ll explore how to regulate the nervous system while the body is activated—whether in physical effort or moments of stress, overwhelm, or fight-or-flight.
We’ll begin with grounding breath awareness and guided meditation, gently bringing attention to sensations within the body. From this space, you’ll be invited to acknowledge and release what no longer serves you—with presence, compassion, and intention.
You’ll be guided through:
- Ujjayi breath (ocean breath) to anchor and focus the mind
- Bandha (core) engagement to support stability and strength
- Mindful movement, using the breath to deepen and soften
- Awareness practices to help you stay calm while activated
The yoga portion will flow with an emphasis on breath-led movement—using each exhale to create space, release tension, and move energy through the body.
We’ll close with a deeply restorative sound bowl healing session, allowing the body and nervous system to integrate, soften, and reset.
This experience is designed to help you:
- Release stored tension and emotional buildup
- Regulate your nervous system
- Feel grounded, clear, and more connected to your body
- Create space for something new within yourself
- Return to center, outside of the practice
