Take a couple of hours just for you…In this calming, creative workshop, you will be guided to make your own beautiful aromatherapy reed diffuser (no prior knowledge or experience required).
Blending essential oils to soothe your mind, uplift your mood and bring a sense of calm into your everyday space.
This is not about being “creative” or getting it perfect.
It is about giving yourself permission to pause and enjoy the process.
✨ During our time together, you will:
- Be guided through a gentle grounding meditation to help you switch off from the outside world
- Explore a selection of calming essential oils and create your own blend (choose from suggested recipes or make up your own)
- Design and make your own reed diffuser to take home
- Enjoy a relaxed, supportive space with a small group of like-minded women
