Calm & Connect is a welcoming, in-person women’s wellness gathering designed as a pause from the pace of daily life and a chance to reconnect with yourself and with others.This supportive evening offers space to settle your nervous system, move your body gently, and share time with women who value connection and well-being. Many women notice shifts in energy, sleep, mood, or daily rhythm during different seasons of life. This gathering provides a calm, grounding space to slow down, reset, and feel supported.
Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, low on energy, or simply craving meaningful connection, you’re welcome here.
What the Evening Will Include:
• A guided breathwork practice
• Intention setting and journaling
• A calming, gentle yoga class
• A closing meditation with live handpan sound
• Time for conversation and connection
Herbal tea and light snacks will be provided.
It’s recommended to enjoy dinner before arrival.
What to Bring:
• A yoga mat
• A journal and pen
• A water bottle
• A blanket or pillow for comfort, if desired

Calm & Connect is guided by Jessica Lee Reader, a Women’s Health Nutritionist, Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach, and Yoga Teacher with over 17 years of experience supporting women’s health through holistic nutrition, gentle movement, and nervous system care.
