A 2.5-hour Sanctuary for Your Nervous SystemIn a world that asks us to constantly do, this is your invitation to simply be. Calm & Connect is an intentional, in-person gathering designed to help you shed the weight of the month and return to your steady ground.
Guided by Jessica Lee Reader, a Master Nutrition Therapist, Health Coach, and Yoga Teacher with 17+ years of experience, this evening is specifically crafted for those feeling overextended or simply craving a deeper sense of connection with themselves and a supportive community.
The Flow of the Evening
5:30 PM | Doors Open. The Soft Arrival: Settle in, grab a cup of herbal tea, and find your spot in our candlelit circle.
5:45 PM | Connection & Grounding: We begin with gentle introductions and a collective breathwork practice designed to signal safety to your nervous system.
6:15 PM | Gentle Yoga for Nervous System Support: A slow-paced movement practice focused on releasing tension and transitioning your body into rest and digest.
7:15 PM | Deep Rest & Handpan Sound Bath: Settle into a long, supported guided rest in yoga nidra (sleep meditation) as the resonant sounds of the live handpan create space for deep calm.
7:45 PM | Connection & Nourishment: We close the circle with light snacks and open conversation to enjoy the lingering calm.
