Calm and Quiet Restorations
Rediscover balance and inner peace this fall with Calm & Quiet, an 8-week drop-in program beginning October 9. Each session combines mindfulness, meditation, and yoga to help you restore your body, reconnect with yourself, and refresh your soul.
This is a drop-in program — attend the classes that work for your schedule. Sessions are $50 each, and advance registration is required so we can prepare for you.
