Calm and Connect is an event designed to facilitate personal and interpersonal connection through a blend of yoga, mindfulness, and self-care activities. You are invited to embark on a journey of self-discovery and relaxation, fostering a deeper connection with yourself and others in a serene atmosphere.
To enhance the experience, Calm and Connect provides refreshments such as wine and champagne, inviting participants to savor the moment with delicious hors d'oeuvres. A flower station adds a touch of beauty and creativity to your self care session. At the flower station you can GIVE YOURSELF FLOWERS and create bouquets specially made for you.
Calm and Connect offers a sanctuary for individuals seeking solace, self-reflection, and connection with both themselves and others, fostering a sense of community and tranquility in a world often bustling with noise and distraction.
Join us for a Sunday of relaxation, connection, and renewal, leaving you invigorated and inspired. Three sessions will be held and you can choose from one of the following:
Morning Session (11:00 am - 1:00 pm)
Start your day with serenity as we gather in the lush garden for a gentle yoga session amidst the beauty of nature (weather permitting).
Afternoon Session (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Take a midday pause to cultivate mindfulness and relaxation in our afternoon session. Explore techniques to enhance self-awareness and cultivate presence, allowing you to fully inhabit the present moment.
Evening Session (5:00 pm - 7:00 pm)
Wind down your day with a soul-nourishing evening session dedicated to relaxation and connection. Let go of stress and worries as you embrace the joy of community and the simple pleasures of life.
