About this Event
Sophie Brace is one of the only freestyle callisthenics athletes in the UK. After 10 years of representing her country in gymnastics, she retired competitively but continued to pursue the sport and share her journey online. Sophie has a huge online presence, with over 200,000 followers across her platforms.
As well as sharing her sport and life online, Sophie has built a fitness community and movement over the last year, running her Strong & Flexy classes. She has also been actively involved in running gymnastics and flexibility workshops across the world. Sophie has a long term partnership with Sports Direct and Under Armour.
